Summer Fun in the White Mountains

Lost River Gorge & Boulder Caves

We think this attraction is one of the most beautiful and unique natural areas in the state. Lost River is a self-guided adventure along a 1-mile wooden boardwalk trail among jagged rock walls, glacial boulder caves, and cascading waterfalls.

North Country Kayak

Immerse yourself into the wilderness waters of the White Mountains, and enjoy wildlife sightings and spectacular views. Offering rentals, guided trips, and special tours like the Sunset Kayak. Group tours are offered through Pollard Brook at a discounted price. See Activities Program or Concierge.

Clark's Bears

Clark's is an iconic NH institution known for its trained bear show. Other highlights include a fun train ride, Segway park, climbing wall, and the largest gift shop in the White Mountains.

Franconia Notch State Park

Franconia Notch boasts some of the most dramatic scenery on the East Coast. Don't miss views of four states and Canada from the Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway. Other must-sees are the Flume Gorge, the Basin, Old Man of the Mountain Historic Site, & boat rentals at Echo Lake.

Loon Mountain Resort

Endless fun & adventure can be found at Loon including NH's longest gondola skyride, mountain biking, zipline, disc golf, and more.

Whale's Tale Waterpark

Whale’s Tale is fun for the whole family. Slide, swim, surf and splash through a world class waterpark in the heart of the White Mountains!

North Country Center for the Arts at Jean's Playhouse

Enjoy live entertainment at the premier venue in the North Country! NCCA at Jean's Playhouse specializes in Broadway-style plays, musicals, and features comedians, cover bands, films, and more!
